Learn Taekwondo

Besides being an Olympic sport and the national sport of Korea, Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts worldwide.

Taekwondo is a perfect choice for beginners, and for ages 5 and up, wanting to learn a martial art. Our classes are safe, non-contact and are run by accredited, properly trained instructors. Classes are structured to be fun and engaging, starting with with warm-up and stretching exercises followed by a range of activities supporting the curriculum for the promotion test to gain the next belt level.

The name Taekwondo loosely means “foot and fist art”. Students are taught correct kicking and striking/punching techniques in addition to a range of blocking techniques with plenty of fully supervised practice.

Students develop physically and mentally through Taekwondo training, benefiting other aspects of their life such as school and work.
